Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, no criminal record and a valid driver's license. Requirements for the Citizen Academy:

• The applicant must live, work or attend school in Pratt County
• The applicant must be at least 20 years old
• The applicant must have no prior felony convictions and no outstanding warrants
• The applicant must provide two personal references
